For Sutter to issue News on there NOT being any News, seems bizarre. However less so when I think about what must be the key word in their release, that being, "material". Sooooooooo.... I'm going to go out a limb to suggest that something's cooking, but it's not yet "materialized " to where it can be served up as a legitimate press release.
