But they have signalled very clearly that they have access to financing when the time is right. That is one important thing.

The other important thing is that by holding back they are demonstrating that they are smart and in control of the situation, which impresses me for one. Patience and confidence in their judgment are key to the success of their acquisition strategy. No short term attempts are wanted. When they move, it will be when the market changes direction.
