Puz, If Larry Parks is correct, as seen in his recent interview with GATA's Chris Powell, GOVERNMENTS HAVE THE MINING COMPANIES BY THEIR "BALLIONS." So, I'd be quite surprised if this proposed effort gained any significant traction.
