Ike, RMB is no Santa Fe. If it takes Tyhee a month or so following the stated August 15th "deadline", and there's a Tyhee's transparency to the RMB Sutter people, I don't believe the proposed deal will be jeopardized. The SPV is Hans Black's baby. I don't think he'll let the dingo eat his baby.
