I also like the fact that RMB will become a shareholder in Tyhee if they aren't already, not a large holding initially @ 90 million shares (about 12-15%? given the additional shares to be issued to RMB plus the additional unknown number of shares to be issued to current Sutter shareholders at whatever attributed valuation yet to be determined). It gives RMB a stake in the success of this plan on top of the debt repayments to be made by Tyhee, a crucial difference of interest on the part of RMB in how this plan will work out in future.

The number of Tyhee shares yet to be issued for RMB (90 mm) plus those to the current Sutter shareholders could bring the total of Tyhee shares up quite a lot, possible share consolidation in future? Not sure if I like that idea or not but it could make Tyhee eligible for the TSX and other indices. The critical thing is near-term production. Ike
