Because we're still in a "risk-off" investing environment, and because bigger money wants to see any upcoming Merger/Acquisition far more cemented than the Santa Fe deal, I see an upcoming positive News Release as only minimally raising TDC's price, initially. But, when the SPV is secured and the "M" or "A"is beyond a doubt finalized, that's when I expect to see a substantial price rise. My sense is the SPV shouldn't take too long to materialize, maybe a month? Depending on what Gold is doing, put me in for TDC at somewhere between 14 to 16 cents. (Fingers crossed.)
