I say good riddance. If what Tyhee is saying is true, Santa Fe wasn't playing nice about sharing information about the lawsuit. Better to walk away than to be faced with all that uncertainty and potential liability.

Now the question is if Tyhee will pay up the $300,000 break fee. The cynical side of me is saying that this Cavanaugh fellow was in cahoots with Santa Fe and will get a piece of the pie, but that's just unfounded speculation. I'm not accusing them of this, FWIW.
