watch_the_sky, First, to close the deal, 3-4 months: shareholders vote, SEC, legal opinions. Following that, another month or two for ramping up production. I'd say we celebrate " Tyhee Gold's First Pour" on July 4th. After all, it's first mine is in the United States of America!
