(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
This is what I think is happening. You guys may remember I talked about the scenario some time ago of a combination of WCX and TDC which is really the only logical direction given all the connections between people, etc. And the people they have involved at leadership levels on both sides are extremely impressive as we know, the people in charge of both WCX and TDC have many years of hugely successful high level experience in leading top mining companies, and I am not just talking about Brian Briggs or Black and Sonnenreich. Black and Sonnenreich are the finance guys and are obviously using the prospect of a $37.5 million injection and the acquisition of producing or near producing assets at giveaway prices to raise/leverage the share price of TDC, in order that it will be taken seriously by the market in the absence of any prospect other than the indefinitely delayed Yellowknife project. In the meantime the rise in the thinly traded WCX sp is an indication that purchases are going on which are difficult to hide, and the sp is being raised for a future equitable combination with TDC. As we know, unlike Tyhee, WCX has many hugely prospective projects (e.g., Barkerville project, check out the most recent press releases of Barkerville Gold which is contiguous and on the same land as WCX. Barkerville has spectacular drill results over the past couple of months. Most gold extracted from the Barkerville region is placer gold not underground mined, and WCX has the placer concession while Barkerville has the underground concession on the same land). Not sure when this process of elevating the share prices will end (we can enjoy it, I trust you are back in Hansix), and suddenly a move will be made and there will be a big bang when the SP goal has been reached, and all will suddenly become very clear.
I think the first thing to happen and the most logical is for TDC and WCX to be combined at much higher share prices, then the completion of the trust to hold the $37.5 million, which will then fold the acquisitions into the new combined company. Why do it this way? So that WCX is not left behind high and dry while TDC expands, and so that the WCX prospects can be exploited with proceeds from the producing assets while waiting for Yellowknife to be approved. Sonnenreich and Black are a team, not individuals., By the time the combination is announced, the share prices of both companies will be such that it will be clear that this combination is a growing and fierce big player in the PM world. The serious decline in the gold price is a huge opportunity and explains why TDC has been a contrarian indicator on the price of gold for many months, another thing which was not apparent at the time. I think purchases of both WCX and TDC are advisable right now. Ike
