(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
I'm thinking this could take at least a few days to sort out, maybe until Christmas/New Year.
First, establish and confirm the funding vehicle, the debentures fund with its own organization and constitution, etc., then complete negotiations with acquisition(s). There may be more than one acquisition in the short term and I am guessing these will be current producers or ready to produce imminently, because they want production in the short term; the late stage development companies if there are any will surely have to wait till later.
BB will want to have all near term acquisitions ready, engineering plans in place, and cranked up for production to go when the pog starts to climb.
They say targets have been identified already, which means they will have been on-site kicking the tires and talking to the principals. Contracts will certainly be nearly ready and waiting to be signed on finalization of the funding details.
They also have to appoint a Board to this debentures fund, two of them will be from Tyhee, I am guessing HB and DT, they will have three others from the cohorts of people who funded it. It will be very interesting to see who they are, associates of HB no doubt.
Looking good, I figure we will have production started up by early spring on at least one of the acquisitions, depending on any radical changes to engineering etc! BB is going to be (even more) busy! Ike
