Baires: Yes, I think Martin Armstrong and David Bensimon nail it better than anybody.
Another fellow I like a lot is Alan Micik, has his head screwed on and always seems to get it right.
All these guys are manipulation skeptics, they believe in the trend and only the trend, which inspires confidence since as another poster said, if it is manipulation why can't they take it to $800?
At the same time they recognize the short term effects of those who want to shape the trend and do so successfully for a short time, but Armstrong/Bensimon/Micik say it is only within the trend itself that these people can do this, I believe they mean these people can exaggerate the trend or accelerate it but not change it. One of the problems with Martin Armstrong is he is difficult to understand sometimes, takes a bit of study to figure out what he is saying, he thinks and writes rather than structuring what he says, what you get is what he thinks as he thinks it.
