I don't know how true it is but, as a JV candidate, Tyhee might be far more appealing with Briggs as CEO, than if Webb were still in charge. From talking to Brian, I get the impression that he'd rather engineer mines than run a company. The "chatter" about how Webb's ego was hindering Tyhee's options may or may not have held any water. However, I sure don't get the feeling Brian would likely fret about or resist not being top dog were Tyhee to merge or do a Joint Venture.
