Any thoughts on the relevance of Hecla buying Aurizon Mines for C$796 million?

Aurizon has an operating mine called Casa Berardi, which has a measured and indicated resource of around 1.5 million ounces of gold. It also has seven other properties.

Is anyone here familiar enough with Aurizon to draw any analogies to Tyhee? Is Hecla's valuation reflect that Casa Berardi is an operating mine and Aurizon has $200+ million in cash?
