1) In terms of appearance, reader-friendliness and information summary, this IMO is second to none - including those of the big boys at presumably much higher cost.

2) Over 23% ownership of insiders/directors, Interinvest, WCX.

3) IMHO this document may have been circulated to potential investors/financiers prior to its being posted on 1/18. I don't think there is anything restricting such in the act of doing business. For the calls of better marketing, well, this is it! Could be a reason for the recent SP move. More buying, less selling. (no, I am not Warren Buffet LOL)

4) Woodstock's point about getting $$ before the ice road closes certainly does interlock nicely with Baires' point of the first quarter financing prediction.

5) Whenever I write a positive post like this the SP goes down within hours. So blame me when it does. LOL
