Well, RF, maybe, but you haven't been around very long.
It was questions about the way DW managed Tyhee funds that likely were instrumental in his sudden departure from Tyhee when Black and Sonnenreich took over.
Hansix sussed this out back then, noting as especially significant that there were no thanks expressed at that time for the contribution made by DW, which was unusual to say the least. DW received significant severance then, I understand, but his record was tarnished and may have been a negative factor in his own plans to develop his own other projects.
So now the air is cleared. Both sides have exercised to the full their leverage, we shareholders have suffered the consequences in the rather disastrous decline in the SP as DW held out, and now both sides can go on. I suspect that DW gave up the royalty (though he stands to gain significantly over what he would have got if Tyhee had failed) because he could see the loss of his investment in Tyhee. And S&B may have pressured him with disclosure of his foibles though this is pure speculation and based on the little we do know, Hansix may have more details.
This is certainly exciting news and we can expect a rise in the SP as financing is arranged.
