Once again, the whole point is that all of these issues have NOT been out there before, and are disrupting and destroying the very market forces which you think are in full operation!

When robber barons were destroying the American economy in the early 1900s, would you have said, "Oh well, robber barons have always been there, they're just part of the scenery, an aspect of human nature we have to accept and learn to adapt or ..." Sort of like icebergs, as the Titanic went down I am sure there was someone there saying "Oh yes, icebergs, just part of the North Atlantic experience, you either cope with them or not, if you weren't prepared to die in freezing cold water you should not have signed up."
