This is the indicator I referred to in my last post. Price is still going down, so according to the above instructions for using this indicator it is still not time to buy because the price has not turned up to confirm the reversal. Nonetheless, it indicates that the general trend in the stock volume vs. price relationship is one of accumulation not distribution.
According to the indicator Tyhee has been under accumulation for three years give or take a bit.
The weak hands are selling and the strong are buying. When the weak hands are gone the price will turn up unless Tyhee goes off the board. But with moneyed people behind the company I agree that going off the board is less likely.
