Sorry, when I asked whether S&B know who owns these shares I was talking about the shares referred to by Woody in an earlier post which have been bought in the PP and now are possibly being sold to hold down the price. Wouldn't S&B know who they are? Also, Hans and Woody, not absolutely sure why it is not in the interest of S&B to drive down the price to acquire more at the lower price, whether in the name of Interinvest or in some other name. Also, if Interinvest owns its max 20% can other parties associated with Interinvest own more? If so, a majority vote is possible using these proxies? Ike
