CM, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Having lived in both countries, it would be a toss up for our family. The money as debt problem will eventually be solved. May take awhile. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in the US. I really like that. Canadians are still passive and look to government. Works for them with a higher tax rate. I one chooses to leave the US they should look at renouncing their citizenship to end being collateral for the US debt. That is a difficult choice to make and should not be taken lightly...........
