Well Hansix, the jury is obviously still out on some of the items you and Baires bring up and that is understandable. They are sequestered with their information and, par usual, the retail investor will be fed what they need to be fed.

In my mind, we have two issues that are totally beyond the control of forum speak.

1) The willingness of the Pursers to show us the money in the way of financing. (It is is tight and there are many others vying for the same dollars.) The winter roads (vs. permanent ones), power connectivity, and large scope of the project will be ongoing issues.

2) Permitting. It's a done deal? I beg to differ. The "when" part is more indicative to it's status. You have a lot of groups involved up there and they all want a piece of the pie. I see many heated discussions and vocalization of priorities on the road ahead. All part of the process I understand, but nevertheless they are real and will remain issues I can assure you.
