Thanks Old School, yes saw that. They start at $1600 and become more conservative as they project forward, Tyhee now has the $1600 figure incorporated as well, I attach the chart below. (I know, not easy to read). At $1600, 28% return and 30 months IRR. At $2500 gold, we are getting close to 2/3 the full value of Detour, which is mind boggling.
At the current gold price of approximately $1,770 per oz., the YGP would have a pre-tax NPV of $511 million, an IRR of 34% and a payback period of 24 months.
