Message: What Is This?

Correct me if I am wrong, but this a similar situation occured with Tyhee and RAB fund, which lead to the price of the stock going down to 6-8 cents in 2008. In interviews with Jim Puplava, the former CEO, Dave Webb remarked that Tyhee experienced heavy selling because RAB had to sell off a huge part of its portfolio to raise liquidity.

It seems like a very viable scenario, but the probability of a market crash is very small given the amount of central bank intervention. I don't see why people should accept it as truth, just another possible scenario, albeit with small probabilty in the array of potential outcomes for Tyhee. However, given the incompentence of our world leaders, we should be prepared for anything that might come our way.

Canadian securities laws are pretty specific about ownership of companies and stock. If all the shares are to a director, how does the company differentiate the clients holdings and his own personal stock? Something does not sound right there.
