Money is hard to find these days.There were a whole lot of mining projects launched back when prices were high and money was cheap ( and plentiful).With commodities sliding a bunch of these are going to fall off the funding cliff.
Tyhee is pretty well positioned and may escape that with a good feasibility study, lots of wiggle room between ops costs and gold prices and they have a pre start process that is nearing its goals.
On the downside they may be a bit short on folks with solid NWT/sub arctic experience. That may cause a few stumbles.
However if they can land suitable funding in a decent time frame they may wind up being the last new mine project standing in that region.
