Message: Financing: Bad timing and giving away the farm
CJ, undoubtably at the end of the day the return should be rewarding when a mine is built. Even with future dilution and debt, those who are entering for the first time at this price level should see a decent return. Those who have an ACB much higher may have awhile to wait before they are in the black, accounting for years held and inflation. A sweet deal for the financiers will be the norm in this environment. That's why I do not see most speculators reaching their break even level until around the first pour. We only have expenses going forward until the first pour. Cash flow is the name of the game. It is anyone's guess as to when that time will occur. In the interim the value is locked up without a means to reach it. Over the past few years, I have seen the shattered hopes of all us as the SP languished only to be diluted at a much lower price than when we entered. More dilution to come. Another Oil shock would not be in our best interest. This is a real possibility. The instability in the ME could lead to much higher energy costs or a delay until supplies are more plentiful.
