Message: Sprott´s Rick Rule talks about financing gold explorers.

Wild *ss idea here, but maybe Interinvest has been picking up single digit share price shares in anticipation of someone like Sprott coming in when they felt the time was right for junior miners/developers. Remember I keep posting that historically these small mining shares are the last to the party; fortunately for long suffering junior investors, it's getting later in the evening, metaphorically speaking. So Interinvest could make a quick double or so by selling their position to Sprott or whoever and Sprott or whoever could take the baton from there (i.e., finance mine development). If that doesn't work out, Interinvest continues to spearhead the program of mine development.

What I am saying is that if Sprott wants to make a big investment in a developer it might be cheaper and easier to negotiate with the largest shareholder(s) than to acquire in the open market. And Interinvest has put themselves in a position to make a say, 100% return or so for their shareholders in about a year's time. Interinvest may not know yet which path they prefer. But if the shares are cheap (which you know I believe), they will make out either way.

And almost always when there are at least 2 interested entities, the shareholders benefit. This has been a concern voiced on the board when it was perceived that Interinvest was acquiring shares and would do what was best for Interininvest. If a second entity gets involved, the game changes.

The FS was the key to institutional interest going forward. And more institutions showing interest benefits shareholders greatly.
