Good point Baires. However, timing is key, and just might work in our favor. A successful effort a couple of years back by recently acquired Minefinders to go to production resulted in MFN being acquired. Shareholders came out OK, but only OK. Going to production in the midst of a five year bear market in gold and silver equities proved rewarding in accomplishment only (not in profit). Very bad timing, market-wise.

On the other hand, 100K ounces per year a couple of years going forward just might hit that sweet spot I referred to previously, when gold is the risk-on trade and miners - especially new junior producers - are the crowded trade. The key is how we progress in the near term going forward. And if we can keep the "deed" (shares) in our name rather than an acquirer's.

"Darkest before dawn" comes to mind.
