Hansix, they are not conflicting statements. There is a time gap between those two events. We can all agree that a permitted well financed project will give a jolt to the share price. In the interim, we need to be patient and wait it out while some accummulation occurs at a low price..........Now I have way too much time on my hands this evening before the flight back tomorrow.
