I second the motion Baires. Our area of Canada is more slow-going for permitting than some other Canadian regions, but compared to most other countries, including the increasingly fanatically restrictive US, Canada is mining-friendly. I can think of lots of gotchas possible in many Latin American countries, not only Argentina. Who knows what happens down the road to MUX's Mexican mines. And while this doesn't involve MUX, wanna buy a miner in Venezuela or Ecuador?
