A personality conflict with a regulator should cause a head to roll??????

Supposing this info is correct when did it become improper to question a bureaucrat? This is still Canada right,,,,,,,,, no dictators, no firing squads and no penalty for arguing your point?

I have plenty of contacts in Yellowknife and the only ones I know that think a head should roll because somebody questions their authority all work for a government..
