I live in Reno, but decided to make the trip for some of the reasons you questioned. The meeting tenor was matter-of-fact, going down the list of shareholder votes in our proxies. Voting was as the BOD wanted. The dozen or so participants had only a handful of investors, so there were more company officers than us. After the voting, there was a presentation by Brian of a time-line. This should be posted to the web-site soon. No big deals. Even the comment about the FS has been stated before and is common knowledge.

Also public knowledge is that Williams Creek Gold has invested in Tyhee. Before the meeting, its CEO mentioned to me that the stock exchange needs to bless the JV of Big Sky and then he wants to expidite that.
