Re the permitting and FS: In his last post on 321gold Moriarty promotes a project JV between Excalibur and Minera Apolo in Zacatecas Mexico where they are not even bothering to do any permitting or feasibility studies, they have assembled the property and the next step has been building the mill which is going on right now. Not even much drilling apparently. Lots of artisanal and historic mining suggest a lot of gold, but noone knows for sure. Ah, for the good old days...
