"Control or Direction" as it applies to Insiders/Directors just states that Hans basically has power of attorney over those shares. Could be a family member, another corp, or entity he manages.

The other interesting fact was that Hans exercised his $0.125 warrants when the price was much lower on the open mkt. Either he is helping out the company with funds or he is trying to accelerate ownership of TDC shares.
