X: I am assuming you mean mining and exploration are very different activities with different skill sets. TDC has clearly transitioned to a mining focus in the past few months, while WCX is an early stage kind of entity.

However, finances generated by production pay for exploration so from this perspective they would be a good fit, if WCX has anything of value. Ormsby will soon be in production and profitable (well, "soon" is a relative word).

And currently we have an interim CEO who is a miner and an ex-CEO who is an explorer, plus the human assets of WCX which is a pure explorer, so this is a fit as well. (I bet DW is spending his time studying BC geology).

Perhaps as Strike says, the Big Sky transaction is as straightforward as getting all these people communicating and used to each other, and setting the stage for more intense collaboration. I may be looking too deep for nefarious motives, but this is a very strange process as someone else has remarked. Ike
