Baires, Only time will tell if WCX or TDC got the best of the deal. Just offering an opinion. If there are substantial undiscovered gold deposits both will be rewarded. If TDC could bring the Ormsby open pit mine into production solely by conventional debt and some further share issuance then those deposits would have a meaningful effect on TDC's financial future. On the other hand, if TDC fails to bring the mine to fruition on it's own (BO or JV), we are basically at the mercy of those with deeper pockets and will be parceled off at reduced values. My gut feeling tells me that WCX may be in this for the long haul and is slowly obtaining value through participation in this project. Will the value be in WCX shares? This is not an endorsement just a thought. Woody
