Baires: Just like in the NFL, a contender or a well run emerging team can attract the best players, they want to be where they can have success, even if the money is not quite as good in the short term. Last year my StLouis Rams recruited a whole bunch of freeagents who turned out duds, they couldn't get a break without needing a plaster cast. This year management has changed and they are making some good moves and attracting some A players. TDC is a very impressive team, underrated in the League but an emerging team nonetheless.
