Prior to being fired as CEO, various activities occurred that promoted his own personal interests and self gain...

That makes it sound like you know more about whats going on then what we all know about the situation.

How can you say the new management is that much better when they wont respond to shareholders?

Something just seems fishy the way you are so sure he was bad and the new guys are so good.
