Briggs on Winter Roads and Dave Webb Attending a Board Meeting
Brian Briggs said the winter road, despite a warm winter,is at 100% capacity, although it took extra work to strengthen it by flooding. The FS will take into account various costs associated with different winter weather conditions affecting transportation and logistics. Plans for the proposed permanent land road are still in the works.
Briggs attended one Board Meeting since December. Webb was there.
