What I am hoping is that they find a SP below 12 cents a bargain and are willing to accumulate as long as there are sellers. The more baffling question to me is why there have been so many shares up for grabs below 12 cents. It would be very interesting to know if there is a major seller or if there are just a LOT of little fishes throwing in the towel.
