H: When sentiment changes on Tyhee, many possibilities open up, including acquisitions, JV's, mergers, etc. Any such moves right now would only disturb the growing sense of stability and strengthening foundation, and exacerbate the disadvantage Tyhee has in the financial markets because of its low SP. The immediate question is, what will change sentiment and the SP? Apart from the obvious solid FS and permitting, I believe as you do that it is stability in the short term followed by leveraging strength in the company's management and organizational strategic capacity to engage in the marketplace as you suggest.
As for DW, he is in the perfect learning situation, absorbing the organizational and strategic visioning strengths of the rest of the Board. IMO he needs patience, all this will pass, what happened was not the result of integrity issues but inexperience and lack of mentoring, a common enough problem in miners. Look at Seabridge, property astutely bought for nearly nothing when gold was at its low, now with an immense resource, and the stock price has certainly risen a lot, and only just now going into PFS. Its only value right now is in rock, not organizational capacity and management skill. DW is getting that visioning and business training now, and with the right approach he can come out of mothballs I believe.
By the way, tundra swans and other early birds have been reported near here, yesterday in Brantford Ontario, making their way north, spring is not far away. I wonder what progress has been made on the heavy equipment being transported across the ice lakes? Ike
