Strike,
About Sonnenreich and Black, you said, "You can rest assured they will hold if they believe the chances of building a mine are good, and will sell the whole company if they think the mine is doubtful."
I wonder how TDC's price will respond when the stock is affected by mine financing & dilution. That time is coming soon, following the FS when permits are assured. Perhaps, if not already made, that's when a decision will be reached on whether or not to sell, even if there's no doubt about the start date of the producing mine.
I did an unscientific back of the envelope search of acquisition sale prices per reserve gold, or its equivalent, ounces, and didn't see any buyouts for less than $200/ounce. Most were considerably higher.
So, let's say the FS delivers 1.2 million reserve ounces, and it's sold at a very lowball $200/oz with 380M fully diluted shares...Using those figures, I come up with a share price of 63 cents.
Might they sell for 63 cents a share in the near-term? Or, will they forge ahead with all the headaches and potential profits involved in developing a producing mine? I wonder what they’re thinking now.
