In that article Webb exhales, " But, topping the list is the issue of regulations, which Webb feels is keeping parts of Canada from benefiting from their vast mineral wealth. “If you wanted to put a four-person camp on the edge of a lake, access it by float plane and drill a 50-foot hole into a swamp to test a potential of gold showing, you may have to file a full environment assessment, which is a multi-million dollar undertaking,”
Tyhee anticipates getting DAR approval by mid-year. If there is a serious buyout bid (s), the DAR approval date, in my opinion, will be its trigger for acquisition. If not, the metrics used in estimating Tyhee's worth would better serve shareholders if they came from the "impressive" NPV and IRR delivered in the FS, and not the current lousy valuations coming out of this current gold junior bear market .
