I don't recall having suggested GT said anything like " the buck stops at DW" with regard to the lousy PF, nothing of the kind.

Until we get more INSIDE information about why Webb's not now the CEO, I have to go with what The Company says. That is, Brian Briggs is better suited to lead Tyhee during this stage of mine development. And, that WEBB AGREES.

So far, all other "explanations" seem to me to be interesting speculation, but just speculation.
