The numbers you are comparing are most probably the "last trade price". The fact that the Canadian shares are more liquid and thus trade more often, will often mean that the Canadian and Pink Sheet "last trade price" will differ. However, what is more important is the bid/ask price. I think if you had visibility into the bid/ask prices, you would see that even if the last trade price on the pinks is 0.0875, the ask is probably .10 and no one has offered to pay that price yet. Currency exchange rates also have an effect but less so now that the looney and the greenback are pretty close to each other.
