I'm not sure what he mean Baires? It's a SEC report and it lists share holdings of Sprott Asset Management as of September 30, 2011 (based out of their Toronto corporate headquarters address). It shows their holdings all the way down to a $3,000 Aurizon Mines holding (600 shares).

Targeted gets its info as follows:

It would be nice to get some first hand information from one of those sources (except the last one).
