Tyhee's new website's Investor Presentation (page 11, updated in October),indicates delivery of their Feasibility Study in Q2, well after the PDAC in early March.

Moreover, the website's welcoming introduction indicates mine construction starting in 2013. A bit more aggressively, page 11 of the Investor Presentation shows construction beginning a few weeks earlier in 2012.
