Gotta spend money on permits, FS, etc only. No drilling, no construction. Gotta hibernate until either JV or eased credit conditions occur. #1 on your list is reality, but my least fav.

We all need to think of the 2 million oz as the Island of Manhattan centuries ago. We don't want it to be sold for the equivalent of $24 as Manhattan was.
