My Christmas Prediction

Hi All,
Christmas day has arrived in New Zealand, so first of all I would like to wish everyone on the forum a Merry Christmas. Having followed Tyhee for 5 years and with Tyhee forming a major part of my portfolio I would just like to offer my opinion of what I think happened. It is pure speculation, but I think... That when Inverinvest came on board as an investor they set several conditions in order to provide financing. Among those conditions were targets for Dave's performance as CEO/president and the share price. Dave would have agreed thinking that an increase in share price would be a given, and he needed the money. But now Tyhee finds itself stuck at 0.10c for the past 3 years and in need of another financing with 20% dilution. Quite simply, the BOD has a fiduciary duty to act....and they also have their own interest at heart given the accumulation of shares by Interinvest. They would have told Dave, just look at the performance of the company with you as CEO. You may be a great guy, but the market (eg Puplava and other fund managers) does not believe in you, which is why we are stuck at 0.10c. Sorry, but you need to go. I think the lack of a thank-you was just an oversight. In other cases where thanks has been included in the news release, they are never very sincere anyway, as you are effectively firing someone. I wish it wasn't so, but I don't expect we will see much more of Dave Webb, not at Tyhee nor at Williams Creek. I would like to be proven wrong. But I believe Interinvest is trying to tell the market that things have changed, no more business as usual, no more Dave Webb. The timing is also ominous. Anyone in government leaves their worse announcements for Christmas eve, because they know nobody will be paying attention and will forget about it over the holidays. Interinvest knew that sacking Dave would cause a stir, so this was the best time to do it. These are just my assertions as a long time investor in the company. I hope to be proven wrong, but I also believe we are on the verge of a change in the three year trend of the TDC share price at 0.10c. Bitter sweet indeed! Golden Kiwi
