I see your point, Strike, and agree it looks perhaps most likely, because of the difficulty raising capital for the mine, which would be solved by a sale, and their average cost for shares is I am sure pretty low, so they could make a big percentage in a short time, but there are some loose ends.

What will they do with Williams Lake? It's a loner without Tyhee, and who is going to help them explore and develop it after this debacle with Tyhee? What if the price of gold does take off in the near future and they have stupidly missed a lucrative opportunity? Why would they sell at such a low sp and miss the next big bull move in small caps?

Briggs does seem capable, why not use him? Why would a guy like Briggs with so much experience and potential be interested in taking this position? He can't be seriously looking for a job while they are selling, can he? It would undermine the price. I know he likely has some kind of offer for settlement if you are right, but this situation can't be good for his career nor for their reputation in the mining industry. Why would they take him on then sell? They knew DW's position on a sale, did they think they could change his mind while Puplava could not? I think another possibility is JV. Anyway, we shall see what happens. Ike
