(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
Baires: Merry Christmas to you and yours and to everyone reading this.
I remain hopeful that Tyhee will remain a public company with us joes on board, that is my main concern. I am not too concerned about the dilution because there is a lot of gold in this area. I have no doubt about the skill of B&S in doing a reorganization to achieve their vision, and I believe that in the long run they will be better served by keeping the company public, because of the buy in this will achieve from many different parties who can influence the company's progress one way or another, and the greater access to capital in the public markets this will bring, but am not sure what the intentions are of B&S on the private vs public issue - as everyone else.
I suspect that all will fall into place information wise when the PP is sold, with another $6 million in the kitty, the means to make a start on the vision, and someone is likely going to be very influential at that point because of the redistribution of ownership in the dilution caused by the PP. Perhaps that is part of the vision. I also expect that DW will have an important role, though it is difficult to say doing what. His geological and personal relations skills are standouts. I believe the SP can only go up. As you say, we shall see. Ike
