I agree with Hansix on this, it does not make sense that he would participate in his own demise - without receiving any thanks for the prime years he spent developing TDC - by getting rid of the shareholder rights, putting out a PP at this horrible price, etc. which he did. I think he would have gotten out earlier when he realized what was happening unless he was going to benefit. He isnt a stupid guy and it is difficult to keep information from the guy in charge without suspicion.

I don't think DW is being removed at all, nor is he quitting. I think he is being transferred to another position within an emerging organization intended to grow from the TDC roots. I think Tyhee's Yellowknife project will become a JV project with another firm, possibly depending on Interinvest for capital, with Briggs in charge to develop it, and DW becomes either the head over some entity integrated with Interinvest, perhaps Tyhee itself with a larger mandate, or he puts on his safari hat to explore other opportunities and sniff out other gold deposits which is clearly what he loves to do.

The disgust and dismay on this Board tells me only that a compromise where everyone benefits will save the day for TDC and Interinvest and maintain their positive status with the locals and natives and the market. I think we may be pleasantly surprised. Ike
